Staff and Services

Speech/Language Pathologists

A child diagnosed with speech or language difficulty is provided remediation from board certified speech and language pathologists.

Special Education Staff

Highly trained and experienced special educators provide direct instruction in reading, writing, spelling, math, listening, and learning strategies and are able to adjust instruction and interventions based on student progress, observation and clinical judgment.

Social Work

Licensed school and clinical social workers provide casework, evaluations, and treatment to children, parents, and their families. These clinicians also provide students with an opportunity to participate in treatment groups for a variety of needs.

Psychologists

Licensed school and clinical psychologists provide staff and school consultation and comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for students. Diagnostic, cognitive, or behavioral intervention plans are developed and implemented for children in the school setting. The psychologist works closely with the family and assists in the coordination of school services for the child.

Health

School nurses perform vision and hearing screenings. They also oversee health problems, provide medication management, and health assessments for students.
