School Practices & Guidelines
On behalf of the entire Carleton Washburne School faculty and staff, welcome to The Winnetka Public Schools District 36. We are extremely proud of our fine student body, of our supportive parents' groups, and of our committed staff, all of whom work together to foster high standards within our school community.
Various policies and procedures have been developed over the years through discussions with and suggestions from the faculty, students, and the PTO. These policies and procedures have been assembled in a handbook to clarify the day-to-day routine and school rules. Parents and students should read this book together as a family so that there is a clear understanding of Carleton Washburne School guidelines and expectations.
